Right now with buyers and showings, it's quiet and that's created a buyers market. There are some sellers that really want to and/or really need to sell. Interest rates and the stock market have been volatile, but as we write this interest rates have leveled off and the stock market is rallying.
Be assured that this situation won't last forever, and when appropriate we are ready to move swiftly on behalf of our clients. We've worked through market swings in the past such as the 2008 market crisis, and while this isn't that, we have experience helping clients weather the storm.
Some of you may want to sit tight. For those that want to be proactive, here are some things you can do in the meantime:
